The Go! Performance Training Team
GO! Performance training was formed by Barry O'Loughlin and Penny Hobson because we believed there was a better way for people to improve their fitness.
The one size fits all approach adopted by many in the industry simply does not work. Everyone is different and they have different objectives so how can a program based on old bodybuilding methods possibly work for someone trying to improve their speed for basketball? How does a program from a monthly magazine aimed at catering for the largest amount of people help someone without access to a lot of equipment.
The answer to these questions is they can't!
Only by taking into account all of the factors in a clients life, their objectives and maintaining regular contact can a trainer make a difference.
